In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. These definitions apply throughout this document and all supplementary policies published by koi99.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information on your account at all times.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, different payment methods, or from different devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. koi99's fraud detection systems actively monitor for duplicate registrations.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. koi99 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. • The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is subject to the Member's account tier and current balance.
• Standard withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are processed within 5 minutes to 2 hours during operational hours (WIB). E-wallet withdrawals to OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are typically completed within minutes.
• Withdrawals requested outside of banking hours (including weekends and public holidays such as Idul Fitri and Indonesian Independence Day) may experience processing delays. koi99 will communicate any such delays promptly.
• Any balance derived from bonus funds is subject to the applicable wagering requirement being fully satisfied before it becomes eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw un-cleared bonus funds will result in the bonus portion being voided.

The following general conditions apply to all koi99 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified members only. koi99 reserves the right to exclude any member from a promotion at its discretion.

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where warranted:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC.
• Registering more than one account on the koi99 platform.
• Using a payment method not registered in your own legal name.
• Attempting to launder money or process funds of illicit origin through the platform.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to interact with koi99 games or the sportsbook in a manner not authorized by koi99.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs in a manner that provides an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.

koi99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by koi99's compliance team.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed by the Member with their bank or e-wallet provider.
• Inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of Rp 10.000 per month, deducted from the remaining balance. Members will be notified before any fee is applied.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting koi99 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding un-cleared bonus funds) will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method within 5 to 10 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
